0145(1) Exiting mechanism on outside gate is not equipped with a self-closing or self-latching mechanism. Gate does not automatically close upon release. 0145(6)(7) Fence does not prevent or discourage children from climbing. Fence does not deter people entering without permission. 0145(8)(9). This licensor observed an area of the fence that had a large gap, there were some attachments missing connecting fence to base. This will need to be replaced or repaired. Fence has open spaces 3.5 inches or more, holes in the fence is wide enough for a child’s foot to go through.
